CardioAlex2007, is one of the greatest conferences you can attend in Egypt if you are interested in the field of Cardiology. It is chaired by Professor Mohamed Sobhy, Professor of Cardiology, Alexandria University. Over 3000 attendees registered in the conference this year. R&M Solutions had to support the information technology and the audiovisual services inside and outside conference halls. Graphically, we designed the logo.
R&M Solutions provided a totally new system this year regarding the speakers service center. Every doctor had his own Barcode that he received on a special desk inside the Speakers Service Center. By this code, speakers were able to instantly view their personal program.
Through a powerful network construction R&M Solutions was able to control Nine halls running presentations in parallel sessions.
One of the new marvelous things R&M Solutions did this year was publishing the conference presentation the next day on CDs. RANBAXY sponsored the first day and APEX Pharma sponsored the second day. Each company spread 1000 copies.
A new marketing tool was also done by R&M Solutions, it was the Hall Monitoring System. It is a system connected to plasma screen that from which you can view all congress halls (slide presented, presentation title, speaker name and time). Ghaliongui and Abbott companies, each sponsored one screen that were mounted infront of Halls A and B.
The Gala Dinner was a wonderful party that was stared by the famous singer Nancy Agram. R&M Solutions demonstrated a film titled "Ten Fingerprints of Egyptian Cardiologists", it was the idea of Dr. Nadia Badawy (Mrs. Mohamed Sobhy), the video shooting was by Dr. Maged Kassem and it was magnificently narrated live by professor Mohamed Sobhy.
